Victoria Ibanez brings a decade of experience from Ector County ISD, where she worked as a general education teacher, special education teacher, and Educational Diagnostician. These roles have given her a well-rounded perspective on the challenges and successes educators face every day.

Victoria earned her Bachelors degree from The University of Texas Permian Basin and went on to complete her Masters in Special Education with a focus on Educational Diagnostician at Sul Ross State University. Born and raised in Odessa, Texas, Victoria enjoys spending time with her family and friends.She’s passionate about supporting teachers, students, and school communities, and looks forward to providing support across the region.
