Thank you for visiting the Region 18 ESC Purchasing Cooperative page. The Cooperative was formed to reduce the cost of purchasing and bidding. Region 18 ESC, on behalf of the member districts, solicits a yearly RFP, based on  “discount catalog pricing” in an effort to streamline the purchasing process for both vendors and member districts.
