Dr. Tabitha Coffman is a dedicated and experienced educational leader with over 18 years of service in public education. She currently serves as a Leadership Consultant at Region 18 Education Service Center. Throughout her career, Dr. Coffman has served as a classroom teacher, curriculum and instruction coordinator, district reading content specialist, assistant principal, and campus principal. Her professional journey has included service in Abilene ISD, Meadow ISD, and Seminole ISD. She has also played a key role in bridging K–12 and higher education systems to promote alignment and student success. Dr. Coffman is known for her servant leadership and her unwavering commitment to supporting educators, empowering teams, strategic planning, and ensuring equitable learning opportunities for all students. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Baylor University and earned her Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Hardin-Simmons University. Dr. Coffman has also completed advanced leadership training through Harvard University’s Achieving Excellence in Leadership program through the support of Raise Your Hand Texas and the Charles Butt Foundation. Above all, Dr. Coffman is driven by a deep calling to serve, equip, and walk alongside educators as they grow, lead, and transform the lives of students.
