Raquel Villegas is the Administrative Assistant for the Chief Instructional Officer and Student and School Support. She previously worked as the Administrative Assistant for Special Populations and for the Legal Framework as well as the TWU SLP Master's Degree Program Contact. Before joining Region 18 in 2022, she worked in Ector County ISD for 16 years as a Speech clerk, Special Education clerk, 504/Dyslexia clerk, and most recently, as the administrative assistant to the Special Education Department.
