Lee Lentz-Edwards serves as the Director of Special Populations and is the state lead for the Legal Framework for the Child-Centered Special Education Process in Texas. She coordinates training for school personnel and parents in the area of special education, Section 504, and the Legal Framework. Her background includes responsibilities as an educator and administrator at the elementary, secondary, and district levels. She holds an MBA, an MEd and a BBA. She is certified in Business Administration, Economics, Special Education, Reading, History, and Health as well as Mid-Management and Superintendency.
