Sharla Gersbach serves as the lead consultant for Multiple Exceptionalities & Multiple Needs Network (MEMN). She also serves as an educational consultant for Texas Complex Access Network (TxCAN) and on the TIER Interventions Network providing assistance in regards to Section 504. Before joining Region 18, her educational background included being a special education teacher, general education teacher, coach, transition coordinator, SpEd compliance coordinator and an educational diagnostician. Mrs. Gersbach holds a bachelors degree from Hardin-Simmons University, a Masters of Education in Administration and Supervision from University of Phoenix and Educational Diagnostician from University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
